Dead tree on pavement

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3431973.

Dead tree on pavement, brought down by Storm Arwin. Has become the site of flytipping, also obstructing pavement and causing problems for pedestrians (forcing us to walk on the street).
