Blinding street light, cover missing

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Outside 6 Gray Close the street light is blinding me when I exit my back door. My House is lower level than the road which the light is on and it shines so bright I cannot see into my garden. There used to be a cover or something on it but this has disappeared.
