Hedge at 60 Cranbrook Road STILL obstructing pavement.

This was reported previously, and an enforcement order was issued: Reference 3111978. No action has been taken and the hedge is now beginning to grow, making the situation worse.

    I think someone trimmed some of the lose ends off, but that's not addressed the problem at all. It needs cutting back to the boundary.
