Shrubs are STILL obstructing traffic lights at junction

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This was reported previously (ref: 3031953) and an enforcement letter was sent. No action has been taken apart from a few low bits being snipped back a few inches. The pavement is still obstructed, and pedestrians are having to step into the road to get past the traffic light post.
