Uneven pavement causing people to trip up

Reported via desktop in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 21:59, Mon 4 April 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The kerb outside my home has already been lowered. However, it’s uneven, of poor standard and looks unsightly. A little boy fell off his scooter because the pavement is uneven and an older lady also tripped up. Is it possible for the council to lay new tarmac on the pavement to make it less uneven? Or is this something I can organise myself? The kerb has been lowered for many years. If I were to pay someone to fix it, is this something the Council would agree to and do I need a excavation licence? If so, what type? I look forward to hearing from you.
