Road signs blocking pavement near school, park and pool

Signs relating to road diversion block already narrow pavement. Road is now busier with more aggressive driving due to congestion.

Wide buggies are forced into road and passing is impossible.

Please can a better solution be implemented given this is a long term diversion.
