Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The street light , when on at night/evenings seems to have a white glare- LED appearance, similar to some car headlights which are dazzling. Have noticed I’ve had awful headaches in the evenings since this different light was installed. It glares through blinds. Can the old light be replaced, or if not switched off. Thank you
