Hedge encroaching onto pavement - blocking access & visibility

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 07:29, Wed 6 April 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3440358.

The hedge here (between Highridge Green and no. 3 Westward Road) has grown wide, taking up much of the space on the pavement, which makes it hard to use when a car is parked on the road. It also blocks visibility to the left when emerging from Westward Road by car onto Highridge Green, meaning you need to pull quite far out into the carriageway before you can see if anything is approaching from the left. As far as I can tell from Google Streetview history this has been an issue for some years.
