Huge amount of water build up on both side of the road here

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Since the road was resurfaced there is a huge amount of water build-up on either side of the road when it rains. It only takes a small amount of rain for the water to build up - has the drainage been blocked? I'm very concerned this will easily flood with a large downpoor
