Lack of crossing to St Anne's Park

Reported via desktop in the General Highways Enquiry category by Abbi Dayre at 15:53, Wed 6 April 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Hi. There is no safe crossing point along the whole of Newbridge Road until you reach Salisbury Road, and there is therefore no safe way to reach St Anne's Park from that side. This park is extremely popular with children (including my own infant) and the fact that I cannot safely cross with a pram is dangerous, especially given how many people speed along that road. People rarely do the speed limit and even that is unsafe without a safe crossing point. Please put something in - I know that Councillor Tim Rippington is also interested in pursuing this. Thank you.
