Huge brambles growing over fence covering path, blowing in wind today a 2 year old got caught in brambles, luckily not seriously scratched and hurt

  • Almost impossible to pass with a buggy without getting attacked by the brambles. Also rubbish spilling out onto the street from under the broken gate
