Light too bright

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3445663.

LED bulb put in yesterday and its illuminating the rear of no 13 and lighting up her children's bedroom. They were awake all night. Plse can a block be placed at the rear of the light to prevent this
