Hedge overhanging by several feet and obstructing pavement

The hedge is overhanging the front garden wall by several feet and causing two problems: the obstruction of the pavement for pedestrians and the obstruction of the view for road users on this already-dangerous tight corner. The issue has been present for months but has gotten out of hand recently.

    The hedge is so over grown my friend couldn’t past in her electric wheelchair so had to use the road which no one does 20 on Also it’s impossible to turn right without almost hitting a car
