Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Has been reported on-line but I can't see it on Confirm. Light has been out for weeks and it is very dark. The resident is in their 90s, has not email/internet but is being badly affected by the light being out. Please can we attend? thanks. Lamp 4 - Fronting 13 Henleaze Park, BS9 4LR
