The new LED is painfully dazzling, shining into our windows and garden.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The LED light is so bright that we cannot look towards it without being dazzled and seeing stars afterwards. As it shines directly into our small garden towards our rear windows it's particularly causing problems when we go into the garden after lighting up. It's positioned only about 50cms beyond our wall so it is really intrusive. We never had a problem with the previous lightbulbs used. Shading out the sides of the light facing our garden could help (or fitting a less dazzling bulb). We thought we'd get used to it over the months, but it seems as bad now as when it was first fitted.
