In the pavement broken cover of surface? water drain

Reported via mobile in the Utlility Covers category by Martin Stocker at 13:24, Tuesday 12 April 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Broken to pieces, cover of shallow channel in pavement, I can only guess it's water run off from the flats inside the railings/ wall. It's in Mina Rd pavement by junction Mercia Drive, St Werburghs.
