Horribly rude neighbour parking in elderly couples disability space

Reported via mobile in the Road Signage category anonymously at 21:10, Tue 12 April 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3455956.

I have emailed Bristol Council :

22/09/21 To whom it may concern,

We have a neighbour that we've spoken to before regarding this parking space but she just ignored us and kept parking there. She parks there pretty much every day making it difficult for the elderly couple that own the space. I'm pretty sure one of our other neighbours has left a note on her car before to let her know the space is used but she still parks there. I have attached images showing the vehicle and registration. The parking spot is outside number 38 Seneca St , BS5 8DX.

If possible, would like this to be an annoynomous report as we are neighbours and don't want any bad blood.

Kind regards, Mia

And emailed today

Hi there,

We are still having trouble with this neighbour and she's also hit the back of my car a few times but luckily no damage. We've spoken to her and she just told us to call the police but I'm not sure what they'd do and its also a waste of their time.

How do we get an accompanying sign for the disabled bays? We believe the only thing that may stop her is getting ticketed.

Many thanks,

And have been directed to this website to try get an accompanying sign for the two disabled bays on our street. Please help us out as its so stressful having to deal with this neighbour and there's not much we can do about it. We believe getting ticketed will be the only thing to stop her parking there all the time.
