Change of speed limit signs missing from all directions between Sylvan way (A4162) and Portway (A4)

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

There's one repeater sign as you turn into Sylvan way. However this is often covered by foliage. Turning on to the Portway there are no changes of speed limit signs. How are people supposed to drive safely within speed limits, if the changes in speed limit aren't clearly signed?
