Dangerous Waste dumped on Belton road

A trolly full of broken shards of glass and general waste had been dumped in our community garden. The broken glass could easily cut someone walking by and children play out on the street. It is approximately halfway down Belton Road, on the south side of the road. It appeared there on the 16th April.
