Drainage is blocked

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3467186.

Drainage gully is blocked and doesnt accept any water when its raining. Attempts to unblock only cleared the collection 'trap' (dont know proper term) but the whole pipe remained blocked and so the trap just refilled with debris.
