Broken tarmac footpath

This part of the footpath has been broken like this for a while. The tarmac has crumbled and broken down. Also this part of the footpath is on a slight slope / raised so where its broken down its very dangerous especially for people walking here at night in the dark as theres no near street light that would make this visually obvious. Only a matter of time before someone twists or breaks their ankle badly and logs a claim
