Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Hgv's, delivery vans and lorries drive down first avenue ignoring the 20 miles an hour signs. Needs a speed bump in the middle of the road/cctv to fine drivers going faster than the limit - school children are walking in this area as well as residents
