No access or dropped kerbs for mobility scooters to use

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
Purchased a mobility scooter but have noticed after going out on it that there are no access kerbs and no one has a dropped kerb she can go down. Caller lives in turning circle part of Northleach Walk. Plse can you consider installing some access kerbs
