Gutter pipe causing flooding during heavy rain

Reported via desktop in the Flooding category anonymously at 13:29, Wed 20 April 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The shop next to my house has re-directed their gutter pipe onto my doorway - I worry that when it rains, water will flow down my path onto the busy pavement, causing vulnerable people to slip and fall. In the winter, the water will freeze and cause hazards. It can't be legal to twist a pipe onto a neighbour's property.
