Raised road surface and tracks in road:risk to pedestrians and cyclists

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Maple Road central road surface has become so worn that the central carriageway is raised and either side of it has track marks creating a hazard to pedestrians and cyclists. Cars are frequently damaged by the raised area of the road and it is noisy to the surrounding residents. Please could the road be redressed.
