Broken bollards with snapped off bases proud of the pavement

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This has been an issue for at least a year and although I am aware of it, I tripped and fell into the road today on this dangerous corner. As the Iron Bridge is out of action, it is necessary to cross at this point. I was very lucky as the traffic stopped in time. The snapped off bollards are on the corner of Kingsweston Lane and Kingsweston Road.
