Grass still being cut without litter removed beforehand

Please can Green spaces be litter picked before the grass is cut Also drain underneath weeds and debris this requires completely clearing and debris removed from the drains which serves a number of properties on the estate of Fox Rd in Easton Ba5 . This job was suppose to happen yesterday . Please can this be arranged . Thank you

Litter in the green spaces get left and the wind blows it everywhere. Green spaces need to be litter picked before grass is cut. 4 foot weeds grow along the second car park walls on Fox road and residents car park never clean unless complaints are reported over and over . Please help to clean up . Thank u.
