Extremely damaged and dangerous pavement kerb. Large area upturned.

Early this morning a heavy vehicle turning right out of Pembroke road onto Waverly Road mounted the pavement kerb, destroying it. Leaving the kerb upended. Dangerous to pedestrians, particularly those with visual impairments.

The kerb is totally displaced and projectedxupwards. A real danger to pedestrians.
