Located where the pin has been dropped on the map at the Old Market Roundabout, a section of guardrail was driven into and damaged and removed last year, but a new guardrail has still not been installed leaving a wide open gap between the line of other rails at the kerbside here.
A new enquiry has been raised for this issue.
