Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

There is constantly water on the pavement outside this property. They got Bristol Water to take a look and they have looked at it and say they think its a natural stream coming down there. Algae is forming on the pavment and making it slippery. Callers husband fell and hurt himself.
