Problem with parking the car in the driveway.

The street lamp is located in the middle of property 63, which makes parking the car difficult. the lamp should be located on the border of properties 61 and 63 as it is done in other properties on this street. is it possible to move the lamp to a place where it will not disturb anyone, the plan is to make a driveway on the property 63
