Uneven and protruding kerb, surrounded by uneven pavement. Repeatedly reported by different people over 5 years!

My 73 year old mum tripped over this uneven kerbside and fractured her right wrist in multiple locations - resulting in a trip to A and E and later a further operation to put a permanent plate in her wrist. She also suffered a deep gash to her temple. A passing doctor helped and reported to us that she had seem multiple slips, trips and falls in this location previously. Upon checking on this website, this issue has also been reported many times over the 5 years and no action has been taken. Please Please fix the road to prevent this from happening again!!!
