Not accessible by wheelchair- very uneven please help me

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Very uneven with path not able to be traversed easily with a stretcher or wheelchair. Exposed manhole covers making it very very difficult to even use crutches on the surface. I have currently been unable to leave my home after a very serious accident without a lot of help due to this bad pavement please can you help by coming and fixing it to make it level thank you so much
