Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The Tagart Memorial (date 1902) is in a prominent position in Stoke Bishop Village, opposite the shops. Without urgent repair it is in danger of requiring major restoration to prevent it becoming dangerous. BCC attempted a repair after a report was made in 2016.
