Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Silver car car keeps parking in the disabled space out side number 95 with no blue badge on display car number plate is md54mvj, disabled space may longer in use by the person who normally uses it so if its the case the markings on the road need to be removed

Certain people who do not have a blue badge are treating this space as their own personal parking space
