Missing drain cover

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Rosemary Reakes, 07836732814,. phoned to report there is a missing culvert/drain cover on East Dundry Road along the road after the last house on the left (177) just after the bend. There is a lot of fly-tipping, tyres etc, by the open drain which has been separately reported as fly-tipping.
