Replacement lamp too bright

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The whole lamp post was replaced today (28 April) with a new one. It does not match any other the other lights on the street in terms of appearance or performance. The light is a bright white in colour and is too bright. It shines light into first floor rooms on both Cliftonwood Crescent and Church Lane. Please can this be rectified and replaced with a lamp more in keeping for the area and less obtrusive.
