Loose manhole cover causing constant noise

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Reported on 5th April 2022 "Loose manhole covers at traffic light junction at Counterslip and Victoria Street creating noise disturbance for surrounding residential and office premises. Would really appreciate your attention to this matter they have been needing attention for several months. Many thanks". Advised 28th April that this had been fixed, sadly not, the noise is still as bad as previously reported. Please help.
