Dangerous and unsafe utility covers

The utility covers are completely loose and dangerous. The pavement and structure supporting them has completely given way and as a result people who walk over them could fall into them. Also, cars crossing the pavement to gain access to the properties are making it worse and it could cause damage to them as well. It’s extremely dangerous, an elderly lady has already fallen as a result of them in their current state.
