Manhole cover outside 80 Cumberland Road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This defective and noisy manhole cover has been reported for 3yrs. There have also been several depressions in the road which have eventually been fixed but the cover continues to clang noisily twice whenever a vehicle goes over it. It is a Virgin cover and neither they nor the Council have been able to fix.
