Light needs repositioning

Hello there,
The street light here got replaced last week with a new LED one; I think to better illuminate the entrance to the bike path. Unfortunately it has been positioned in a way that completely illuminates our house and is like a flood light being pointed into our house. I wandered whether it is possible to point the light further down so it doesn't illuminate our house and cars. We got burgled 2 weeks ago and it makes me feel very uneasy being lit up for all to see from the bike path.
Any help would be wonderful, I know it's probably not a priority but it has made us feel rather anxious.
Thanks so much for your time,
Emily and Steve
