Shrub cut from wall and is laying in the road.

This is outside of 114 charlton road. Very hard to get cars out of drive as bush/shrub is opposite the drive. It’s in the road and makes the road narrow. Think royal Victoria park cut the bush on their side of the wall but it left the bush falling into the road on our side.
