This has now been 'closed' yet with no resolution or indeed any response by way of updates or solutions. What is the point of reporting via this platform when neither any updates or fixes ? Maybe that 'Committee' would be better than a Mayor ?? This problem is now over 3 years old and is dangerous !!!

  • Any chance that anyone with authority can actually respond to this with an action plan rather than just being told its 'under investigation' ? 3 years and counting .... Roll on that 'Committee' !
