Middle Lamp in Hapgood Street is Not Lit

Middle Lamp in Hapgood Street is still out, reported at least 4 times (Dec, Jan, Feb, March) and despite it showing as 'Fixed' it has not been working / lit since November 2021.

It was first reported as faulty on 16-12-21.
