Depressed Manhole cover with a small deep pothole

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This is on the LHS of the carriageway opposite No10 and just before Luccombe Hil.

I hit this with a terrible jolt with my RHS Front wheel and could have caused a burst tyre it was so bad.
