HGV 7.5 ton limit breached daily and no action

Reported via desktop in the General Highways Enquiry category anonymously at 17:26, Thu 5 May 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

There is a HGV 7.5 ton limit which is breached daily by a succession of huge delivery trucks, waste trucks, artics and flat bed trucks speeding through the area on a small neighbourhood road. There is no action to address this and it endangers residents/ cyclists and destroys our quality of life, vibrations and damage to our property. It has been going on for the last year, getting worse over the last few years. The businesses of the Gatton Road trading estate needs to be contacted formally and advised to avoid the area, not short cut through it.
