General rubbish and food dumped in the green over growth

Please can the over growth and surrounding green spaces be cleared of rotting food , 2 dead rats and builders rubble consisting of concrete and bricks. Thank you

    Food is often left on green spaces which encourage mice and rats . Also more bins needed to help with general litter dropped everywhere . Thanks
