The constant waste problem overflowing from bins is one thing. Here you can see that the bin is empty and the waste is just a mess all over the floor. This space is directly opposite our front doors & spilling out onto the street. It’s disgusting and a health hazard and totally destroying our neighbourhood. This is happening on a weekly basis.
