The fencing between the public car park has blown down, this was reported earlier in the year and has got worse. It keeps getting hit by parking or turning vehicles leaving wide gaps between panels. This keeps happening and is affecting the living conditions within the road, as we have to constantly check for panels in the road and on the pavement. We also have to look at the unsightly mess left in the car park by the numerous traders and car perk users. The fence is there as a barrier physically and as a barrier visually. When the development originally took place in the early 70's, there was supposed to be a stone wall erected to replace the original. This fence was a compromise and has been a problem ever since. Fifty years of having to put up with unsightly broken fencing is too much to expect of people living here.
