Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

A large overgrown tree and/or hedge including a lot of ivy is hanging down and over the pavement at 41 Chandos Road and some around the corner onto Eliston Road. This is making it very difficult to pass - at the moment for tall people and also in the wet.
